Working as Portland REALTORS® provides us with so much satisfaction in our personal and our professional lives. We love this work because we get to help people with a purchase that is so important to them, as a home and as an investment. Or as your listing agent, we have the pleasure of working closely with a seller who is upsizing, downsizing or simply planning to use their equity in the home to launch a new career or new adventure. Yet while it's a serious job, we're also lucky enough to get to have so much fun with our clients. There is nothing more satisfying for us then finding a client just the right house or helping a seller through a transaction that is a win-win for all parties. Watching people's faces light up, and hearing their plans for their life in their new home or next adventure, is one of our very favorite things about real estate.

Creativity is also using different techniques to appeal to everyone, from the people who only use the computer to those who would prefer to browse our local weeklies. Add visually appealing marketing materials, and you get an approach that’s tailor-made to each of the clients we serve. For our buyers, creativity is helping you find the best way to make your vision come true. We strive to go above and beyond to help you find your perfect house. Since we’re all in different places, we also keep abreast of creative loan and housing programs to find something that works for everyone. Creativity is knowing there are lots of different ways for all of us to get there.
- Vision is so many things. To us it encompasses why we chose this profession in the first place. We believe very strongly in the value of home ownership, on every level from financial to personal fulfillment, and believe it is part of what makes a community strong. We make an effort to attract clients who, through similar values, will become more than just a client and will instead become friends. This is of course what building community is about, just like shopping your favorite store with the owner's cattle dog curled up under the register, or the restaurant that knows you always have a dirty martini with 3 olives. This understanding of who we are as people is what makes doing business and supporting local people so great.
